1 Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Finegen, Aspire, and Permanent brands, operated from Fuan City, Fujian Province, China. By purchasing, using, or accessing our generator equipment, alternators, spare parts, controllers, AVRs, sensors, actuators, pumps, solenoids, and related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our company, established in 2005 with 50+ employees and a 2000m² manufacturing facility, specializes in B2B wholesale of generator equipment ranging from 6kVA to 2000kVA diesel generators and associated components.

3 Ordering and Payment Terms
Order Process

- International wire transfer is the preferred payment method
- Custom orders may require advance payment or deposit

4 Shipping and Delivery
We ship globally with primary export markets including the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Panama, and other international destinations. Shipping terms, delivery timeframes, and responsibilities are specified in each sales agreement.
Important: International shipping regulations, customs duties, and import requirements are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide necessary documentation but cannot guarantee customs clearance timelines.
5 Warranties and Limitations
Product Warranty
Our products come with manufacturer warranties as specified in individual product documentation. Warranty terms vary by product type and are clearly communicated at time of sale.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products sold. We are not responsible for consequential damages, installation errors, misuse, or damages resulting from improper application of our products.
6 Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, trade names, and intellectual property associated with Finegen, Aspire, and Permanent brands are protected. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary designs, documentation, or technical specifications without written permission.
Technical drawings, specifications, and custom designs remain the property of our company unless specifically transferred through written agreement.
7 Termination and Modification
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Either party may terminate business relationships with appropriate notice, subject to completion of existing orders and contractual obligations.
8 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or business relationships shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
For international disputes, parties agree to seek resolution through established international commercial arbitration procedures when direct negotiation is unsuccessful.
