■ Insulation and varnishing
The insulation class is “H” grade
All the wound components are made of specially developed materials and impregnated with paint through a special process, providing a guarantee for the generator to operate in harsh environments. The specially developed resin-based material provides high processing strength and high mechanical strength for the wire cage and various rotating parts
■ Performance of the combined electrical apparatus
All generator windings are wound at 213 pitch, which can effectively eliminate the third and third harmonics of the voltage (3rd, 9th, 15th….). It is the best design for nonlinear loads such as uninterruptible power supply equipment. When connected in parallel with the power grid, the 213 pitch structure suppresses the excessive neutral line current that may sometimes be generated by a relatively large line pitch. A fully connected damping system group reduces the oscillation when the generator operates in parallel. This 213 pitch, with carefully selected pole and tooth winding matching, suppresses the waveform darkening of the output voltage
■ Overload capacity
The Stanford land generator can operate for 1 hour under 110% overload every 6 hours, and can run continuously for 2 minutes under 150% overload or for 20 seconds under 300% overload
■ Telephone Interference
Tetrahydrofuran (as defined in BS EN60034-1) is less than 2%. Tetrahydrofuran (as defined by NEMAMg-22) is less than 50.
■ Radio Interference
Brushless devices and high-quality AVRs ensure that radio transmission interference is minimal, meeting the requirements of the BSEN61000-6 standard. If necessary, an anti-radio interference suppressor (RFI) can be provided separately.
■ Terminal blocks and junction boxes
The standard generator is three-phase and can be reconnected to the 12 terminals led to the terminal block, which is installed on the appearance board at the non-drive end of the generator. The appearance box made of steel plate contains AVR and has sufficient space for users to wire. For ease of operation, the panel is a detachable one.
